Can I check out a laptop or Chromebook from the Brightpoint Libraries?

Technology Loans

 The libraries offer the following devices for semester-long loans: 

  • Laptops and Chromebooks
  • Calculators
  • Headphones
  • Web cameras
  • Computer mice

Loan periods vary based on the type of device, availability of devices, and class schedule.  Placing a request does not guarantee a loan for the requested device(s).  The Tyler Libraries will honor all requests within the technology/device capabilities and supply.

If requested during the business week, you will receive a reply from the Tyler Libraries within 48 hours.  The reply will contain information on device loans and availability of the requested device(s).   Questions about technology loans should be sent to library@brightpoint.edu. Please use the following form to place a request for library technology.
